Covenant groups, as this lay ministry is called, covenant/promise to give priority to meeting twice each month for two hours to share, to grow, to care about one another.

Did you know that UUCOV is one of hundreds of Unitarian Universalist Congregations involved in a Covenant Ministry Program?

For the past 6 years, members and friends of our congregation have participated in what we call Spiritual Fellowship Groups (SFG). These groups of 7 to 10 people covenant/promise to give high priority to their twice monthly meetings where pre-selected topics of personal and spiritual interest are discussed openly in an atmosphere of confidentiality.

Topics that have been discussed include "Approval," "Dealing with Loss," "Humor," "Fulfillment," and "Loneliness" to name a few.

Facilitators are fellow members who have been trained and supported by Rev. Susanne

and the SFG Committee.
